Mark A. Schneider
Mark A. Schneider is a Vice President with Murex Properties, LLC. Prior to his current position at Murex Properties, Mark held the position of Regional Vice President of Developing Properties with Sun Communities (12/02–8/04) and oversaw the marketing and management of eight developing properties in five states east of the Mississippi from Michigan to Florida. Prior to accepting the position at Sun Communities, Mark served as the Regional Vice President of Developing Properties for Forest Communities (09/99–12/02), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Champion Enterprises, where Mark oversaw the marketing and management of seven developing communities located in Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Ohio and Indiana. Prior to Forest Communities, Mark was President of EFI (09/81-06/98), a furniture accessories import firm with showrooms in High Point, NC and the Merchandise Mart, Chicago, IL.
