Our Community
LakeShore Landings borders the shores of Lake Catherine near Orlando. Its urban location makes it convenient to city shopping malls, medical facilities, hospitals, and churches. The new Millenia Mall is just two miles away.
Our waterfront locality, with fishing pier, boat ramp, and lake access, offers residents a choice of relaxation. Two clubhouses and a pavilion provide a place for many activities, including bingo, cards, computer club, billiards, line dancing, ballroom dancing, breakfasts, dinners, parties, and shows.
Our Little Theater Group, called "The Show Stoppers," puts on several shows a year. One of our most recent shows, "Hee Haw Country Hoedown," was a favorite of both the cast members and the audience. At Christmas time The Show Stoppers put on a play called "A Rented Christmas." Our community was decorated from one end to the other with everybody involved to make a real showpiece.
Caroling is done each year throughout the park. We often go on a haywagon, which adds to the fun. There are many other planned activities, such as a spring luau, parades, picnics, golf tournaments, and trips and cruises. Living at LakeShore Landings is an ongoing adventure.
Many residents focus their leisure hours at the heated pool, on the shuffleboard courts, walking or bike riding around in the quiet cul-de-sacs of our well-established, manufactured home community, with its artfully landscaped public areas maintained by a dedicated crew.
The gated 55+ community is family-owned and operated, with on-site property managers where "real people" take pride in their property.
