Murex Properties, LLC was founded by Steven P. Adler in 2004.  Steve is an accomplished real estate executive with over 30 years of experience owning and operating manufactured housing communities.  With Murex and his previous industry experience, Steve has developed over 5,000 residential home sites in seven states and managed over 58 residential manufactured housing communities in 17 states.  By targeting growth markets and selecting real estate assets that are well positioned within those markets, Murex has been able to significantly improve the assets that it owns and manages and at the same time provide community residents with a high-quality residential experience.  Murex Properties and its partners have the experience, organizational skills and financial strength necessary to take full advantage of the opportunities presented at all points in the real estate market cycle.
